This beef is grass fed and finished, 80/20 blend. Comes in 1lb packs!  This is the first time we have offered grass finished beef.  What is one of the advantages of grass finished?  Grass finished is hung for fewer days after harvest (around 3 days).  For those individuals that have histamine issues, this is the perfect solution.
